The
Westville Fire Department offers free training in
Firefighting and Emergency Medical Services. As a new
member to the fire service you will be required to
attend the Firefighter I program as well as the
Emergency Medical Technician (E.M.T.) class. We offer a
newly re-finished bunk room area for duty crew nights as
well as a fun atmosphere allowing you to hang out and
make new friends. As well as the self-satisfaction of
giving something back to your community.
So now that your interested in becoming a member of the
Westville Fire Department, here are the ways you can do
it:
1. Stop by the firehouse on a
Thursday night anytime after 1900 hrs. to speak with
some of the members and pick up an application.
2. Stop by the fire district
building behind the fire house between 0900 hrs. and
1500 hrs. Monday thru Friday to speak with one of the
career personnel and pick up an application.
3. Stop by the station anytime the
doors are open or there is a vehicle in the parking lot and speak with a member and pick up an
application.
